*Holidays, Add $200.00 (Easter Weekend, Memorial Weekend, July 2 - 6, Labor Day Weekend,
Thanksgiving Weekend, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
*Based on availability -- Holiday weekends may not be available
*Does not include any permit or parking fees that may be required
*Extra Guests May be added for $45.00 per person (all-inclusive price)
*Alcohol not included--you will be able to provide your own (professional
bartender can be hired for additional charges) --table will be set-up on the
outside deck for your "bar area"
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 reserves the date and the
reception venue.
This deposit will be subtracted from the package price.
An additional $300.00 refundable damage deposit is required by the venue. When
the wedding reception is over and everything is in order, your $300.00 damage deposit will
be refunded to you.

- Unity Sand Ceremony, including: Decorated sand ceremony table,
keepsake vase, and sand color choices - Decorated table for Unity Ceremony and keepsake vase
- Photographer at ceremony site with 40 photos which will include the
ceremony and a few poses of the bride and groom immediately after the
ceremony, presented to you free on a photo CD: Available for upgrade,
see additional information at the bottom of this page - Legal filing of your Florida marriage license
- Up to 40 bottles of water on ice at ceremony site for your guests
- PA System: Insures great quality music, and microphone for crystal

includes iced tea, lemonade, and water - A beautifully, decorated wedding cake -- several choices of flavors, colors,
and design (under 50 people: two-tier cake. If a three-tier is desired, it
can be ordered for additional charges) - A Professional DJ to keep the party going!
- The outside patio will be decorated with white lights along the railings
- All set-up and clean-up is included.
